St. Louis Stadium
As part of an urban regeneration project in downtown St. Louis, developers created a new $650 million entertainment district called St Louis Ballpark Village next to Busch Stadium, home of the Cardinals. To attract fans of events inside the village both pre and post cardinal games, developers wanted the village to be an ‘all day’ destination with shops and restaurants.
