The Martin Ave retirement community entrance canopy was designed after the apartment building was complete. CEAS+ was able to provide a custom ‘Gullwing’ solution that would offer coverage and accommodate the enclaves created by the brick walls. Polycarbonate roofing allows natural daylighting to continue shining through the store front.
