Project Details
The city of Kissimmee wanted to showcase both their cultural and historical heritage to the community through the use of structures at Lakefront Park along Lake Tohopekaliga. The old homes had metal roofs, and the use of wood and brick were common place in both businesses and residential structures. White was a predominant color of buildings and in some later years, ceiling fans became common amenities to structures.
What started as 8 – 10 buildings on this site has grown to over 20 buildings to date.
