Project Details
Carol Stream Elementary School is the first of 12 Schools within the Illinois Community Consolidated School District 93 to receive an updated entrance canopy provided by CEAS+. This canopy integrates polycarbonate roof panels to provide students with protection from the elements, while also allowing natural daylighting to enter the school. CEAS+ was selected as the basis of design due to their engineering and manufacturing capabilities, while also being able to compress the construction schedule with bolted connections and powder coating capabilities. CEAS+ partnered with architect VP Trinh of Arcon Associates to specify the canopy.
