school entrance canopy

The Memorial Parkway Junior High Entry Canopy began when an architect approached the CEAS+ engineers with three drawings. From just a few sketches, the engineers designed a canopy that was functional, unique, and sure to leave a lasting impression.

This CEAS+ project incorporated CPI Daylighting U-lite polycarbonate panels, allowing natural light to flood through. Due to the size limitations of the panels, and the extended length of the roof, our engineers were able to adapt the design to give the canopy a seamless look.

As with all CEAS+ structures… it started with a sketch.

This canopy has many unique features including round columns and a short spout near the building that allows water to drain directly into the gutter system on the school.

A CEAS+ prefabricated canopy system simplifies installation by eliminating the need for painters and welders, speeds up the installation, and ensures high quality of fit and finish. Open Air Steel Structures are an innovative and streamlined way to create canopies, trellises, and walkway covers to complement your design. Guide your guests with walkway covers and make your entrance easy to spot in both a practical and artistic way.
